Events from my absence

Ho~Ho~Ho....! I've been away for quite some time and now I'm back and free again to blog. For most of my friends who are busy from blogging, most probably they are rushing with the assignments or exam/test are coming up. As for me, HAHAHA! None of those but busy having fun around or being busy BORED!

For the past 10 days, here are some highlights.

Highlight 1.

Here you see me during the early days in Uni. Having lunch alone~~ Very very bad experience. Just like the bad old days.. But throughout the past week, I'm now with some new friends for lecture, tutorial and lunch. One of the guy looks like SYLAR from the series HEROES. There will be more about my new group of friends updates later on as I get to know them more.

Highlight 2.

I saw this dragon crafted figure on a tea cup of my grandmum's. As it is seen, It turns from black to red once hot water i poured into it. Great chemical reaction, once its washed with cold water..it turns back to normal Black.

Highlight 3.

On my way to Teluk Batik somewhere near Lumut, there is this road which separates the traffic by trees. Looks nice and something extra ordinary in Malaysia (unless people always travel on North South H/way in Johor)

Highlight 4.

I went to Teluk Batik with my family on 2 weekends ago. Oh, the trip also includes our dog, Billy.

I was having a hard time walking him around the beach. He runs around, tried to drink sea water and bullied lil kids! Bad Dog!

Here we have a monkey (center) staring the humans playing with salty water at the beach.

As we leave, I managed to take this average sunset pic! Hey Jon, we do have nice beaches in M'sia!

Highlight 5.

A clear rainbow pic taken from my dad's factory at Ipoh. It has been raining the whole day and finally we get to see the rainbow as a meaning that it wont rain anymore for the day. Somewhere over the rainbow...~~

Highlight 6.

I wonder is it over yet... Its a Chinese (Buddhist) festival season. It has relation for the nine gods ... People buy lots of turtle bun or peach bun to offer for the gods. This year i dint manage to take any photo of the cute lil turtle buns because i've eaten up all before I remembered to take their pics :( At least I took a photo in the temple of people praying to their gods and look at the pink bulks, those are turtle buns being offered :P

So, all together 6 highlights I've been through for the past 10 days.

New,new & more new!

A few days ago, I've discovered this blog skin via a website. It looks really nice, so i decided to take it in! Well, I guess welcome to my new blog layout :)

Today was not movie day, but Fili wanted to watch a movie with her god dad...So we went to Cineleisure Damansara to watch "The Magic Gourd". Its from Disney films;

Its a Hulu, I used to sell those car ornaments, crystal bracelet and silver pendants back at Shine Silver. The Chinese made it very CUTE and Adorable... Its a typical Disney movie but this time in Chinese/Mandarin and Cantonese. A new concept!

Oh, I got my new time table for my tutorials today..It took me 3 hours of waiting time at the tutorial registration hall. All i will say is POOR Management! Unlike at Taylors, everything there are systematic and arranged. I'm FORCED to make a slight change to my time table but luckily it did not add an extra day in the week. So I still remain 3 days a week @ Uni.

My 1st Class

Oh, what a day... 3 lectures in one day...each 2 hours.

Yesterday supposed to be my 1st class, but it was at 8am. As usual at ICPU, even I stay so near to coll, I usually skipped the 8am class due to overslept! This time, its different..Traveling back and forth to Uni form Subang takes at least an hour per trip. Not because of the distance, but the usual morning and evening crawl. The good part is I only have 3 days of classes and 2 days off for the week. Wed and Fridays are off days.. Today was kinda hectic cuz not used to the long hours of lectures and short breaks. Imagine that, just one hour of lunch break, sometimes need to travel to the main block for food like McD and KFC then all the way back to the Business Department block. All i can say and do is to get used to the new environment. Thats all!

In Rawang Again!

Oh, just a week ago i was still in Rawang. Now, I'm back! Back to have dinner and meet up those people in factory. They were so surprise to see me and my hair too, Lolx!

Life in Uni, erm.. i can't describe much becuz i just went there for 2 orientation days. Nothing much happen. I was shock to see Keith Tan there. Furthermore, he's my senior! One sem la... Happy to see some one from Taylors and same batch too..

Recently I went to R2 saloon and got my hair done again! This time no longer "la la" alr.
See for yourself! This pic was taken rite after my hair stylist said its DONE! (after 4 hours on the chair)

I looked bit blur maybe??? So Ruben, Ravin and the others! Don't call me La La, and DVD/VCD seller anymore! :P

Being back in Rawang together with my relatives make me wana talk about them. Hehehe, besides that, I'm not hanging with friends as there are unavailable these days...Nothing happen much. Most of it happened in the circle or my family. This is what I'm these days...

Uncle Danny caught a fish when we went fishing last CNY. He looks really happy without wearing a life jacket. Its really dangerous without it cuz its a deep GREEN sea out there...

Here when i was in Rawang, he took care of me a lot. Taught me lots of valuable stuff in many aspects of life. He went to Australia and England to work when he was still young and energetic. So thats a hell lots of experience. Eg, hows life overseas? How are "ang mau" 's culture and many more. He learns super fast man! Just a look at anything, he's able to fix it.

Uncle Alex, My boss in factory under his department!

The same outing on the same boat! Everyone said he will fall sea sick when we went off shore that day but, the one felt sea sick was my Dad! Ha ha ha...
All along, he was like the cool uncle as he's my mum's sis's husband. He doesn't really hang out much with us during any gathering or whatsoever. After this encounter with him, working with him for almost 2 months, my whole perspective on him changed! He is indeed a really good person after all. Warm and caring. He taught me how to be a leader, a manager. Many direct thru experiences teachings. Even OS won't teach you that. Many valuable money can't buy knowledge was given to me free by him. He he he..He also took good care of me during the working days at the factory.

Okay...enough for today...tired... Talk more on next post la :)

The Peoples

Cont' from Previous on E2's post,

After taking a tour at the places, here are the people that I've been working and living with;
The Indian guy beside me named Ganesan, but we call him "BOY" for I don't even know why.

Everyone calls him that. He is my assistant supervisor. He helps me a lot throughout these past 2 months. That bear is known to be his favorite one. It don't really think its that adorable after all :P He is always disturbed by the other because he is the shortest guy in the factory. But of coz, its just the joking type...

Moving on to the next person would be Kenny (Myanmar)

Being able to know the where abouts of the stocks in those huge racks are totally form his help! Everytime I ask him, he will give me the right answer without being pissed or annoyed. A very helpful person and he likes to sing Chinese songs.

Lets meet Tony (Myanmar)

He is a very friendly guy. Likes to joke around and have fun while working.

While we were unloading boxes from the Container, we had lots of fun! eg. Racing to get the boxes down, testing of strength and erm...u'll see

Ko Ko (Myanmar) here looks old but he is just 27/28 this year.

Michael (Myanmar) can speak Chinese and able to understands Hakka!

He is a senior to all Myanmans around the factory.

This man here is my uncle, I called him Uncle Danny!

He does all the repairs in the factory. He can even fix from broken clocks, toys to furniture. After his magical touch, the item's looks and quality are even better from the original.
I think his hobby is modifying cars as he always have something to do with his car every single night without fail. On Sundays, he goes to the local mechanic shop to have chit chats with the worker and boss over there.
There was one day when grandma was away, I decided to show my cooking skills! So I bought some stuff and did the preparation. When i started to cook, he was behind me observing my moves. It was an experience from hell!!! I started to become nervous and did lots of mistakes. He took over and taught me lots of valuable tips. Thanks to him, I'm now at the next level!

So here are almost everything that I've been through for the past few months. Very lazy to type some more.

My Working Experience at Rawang

Approximately 2 months has already pass. Working in a small town called Rawang was quite fun at times but mostly bored because of the lack of facilities and entertainment. One thing good is that you get to save lots of money living there. All you have to spend for are just food, water and accommodation. Buying clothes of real cheap because there are no branded shops around but stalls in pasar malams. I saw many modified cars too where people can't spend their money anywhere but to enhance their car's abilities. If you wana watch a movie, Sorry! No cinemas available but pirated DVDs are everywhere. Therefore, a whole family of 4 to 6 members can watch the movie just for RM8 /10 unlike in KL, a nice blockbuster film cost RM 60 for six person.
(Once again to describe the style of living in Rawang)

Luckily I manage to make some minor updates while going online at CC or my uncle's PC. That is to make sure my friends can be able to keep track on what am I doing. Today in this post, I'm able to show some pictures of my working place and the people I had worked with.

Lets start with the building of my uncle's factory;

This picture is taken by a paranomic view function from my W810i. Its too long.....
My department its at the left where you see the fork lift is parked. The van is to fetch the Myanmar workers to work and also to deliver medium size furnitures or a large amount of small items. Every department of the factory are well organized and successfully led by my uncles and aunties. Its a family business, so most of the managerial post are held by my relatives. The whole factory consists of +-80 workers including those in the office upstairs.

Now, to my main department where I select and pick the stocks according to the purchase order.

2 levels of stocks! The 2 desks out here are use for packaging. See the box, its ready to go out! Our products includes of soft toys, decoration items, furnitures, fragrances and many more.

If I stand at the entrance to the racks full of stocks, this is what the end looks like. In the middle is the staircase leading up to the next level. There are only 3 workers in the stock take department including me. With me gone, I think they are going to have hard times just like before :P

This is the Time Keeper:

We all hate this machine! But everyone needs this machine in order to get their pays.
Work start: 8.30 am
Lunch break: 1 pm - 2 pm
Work ends: 5.30 pm
Over Time : 5.30 pm onwards till 8 pm
Late for 1 min, minus 1/2 hour pay. Absent without reason, no pay! Over Time must be every full 1/2 hour. Oh! all these are getting on my nerves.

Oh, my lovely clean toilet! Its only used by the family members and its written "BOSS ONLY" at the door.

After a tour at the Factory, here is where I sleep.

Indeed a peaceful night sleep every nite!
(Joshua and Jon feels me deep deep!)

The Living Room.

Oh! thanks to this TV (no Astro), I am able to keep myself entertained. I learned to watch Taiwan shows and drama such as Jo's all time favorite, "Guess Guess Guess". Besides that, they also have news and English Dramas.

The car.. Toyota Avanza that belongs to Grandma.
I'm able to drive around Rawang and once in a blue moon to Klang Valley is thanks to this car. Or else, boredom!!! I've experienced that before when grandma went to Penang for 4 days!

To be continued tomorrow.
