How's things goin on?

This post is specially written to enlighten Windy's eyes on my blog. Apparently, many of my friends has stopped blogging for various reasons respectively. At the same time, there are a few who came back to the blogging world. It happened to me once before and I've kinda decided to stop back then. That is why there isn't anything in the year 2006. But then, some friends of mine in Taylors persuaded me to re-blog. So I did and it is around since 2007 till present. These are just some brief history about me and blogging. "When there is demand, there will be supply" is the main reason why am I still around updating at least once in a while.

What is there for me to update? To me, nothing special happened. Since Josh, Jon are not around. Besides them, Syamir and the gang is gone too. Furthermore, I'm in Ipoh! REALLY REALLY nothing special going-on. That makes me a bad blogger :( All I can tell are, me going around Ipoh city doing sales, looking for new customers, servicing old and present once. I've kinda forseen these days a few years back while I'm in Subang. Mostly, I'm dealing with Car Wash business customers. Just only that field, huh! It gets kinda challenging sometimes.

Apparently;
I've problems to solve,
Matters to attend,
Targets to achieve and,
Dreams to fulfill....

One year ago, history was made in my family's book as my sister, Joni had achieved top 7 of OIAM 2. So, we all knew about the winner of last season! But have you heard of the "kampung girl" these days? Maybe you had, but not for me :S Instead I've heard and seen Shila (the 1st runner-up) around in commercials. Don't bliv me? see for yourself

*Not I'm being bias or what, i'm just stating the fact that in order to be a public icon....appearance and image is very important. You don't have it, you can't get famous!

Now, a year later... My sister's singing performance partner / ex partner is now in the top 12 finalist of OIAM 3.

Car Snow Wash

Today I would like to blog about the car wash business~

How much does it cost for washing your car?

Klang Valley, RM8 - 10
Ipoh - RM 2 - 10

How often people washes their car?

In general -
3/4 days once,
1 week once,
and 1 month once!

How much does it cost to start the business?

at least
RM 3000

So this is what I found out today. By just buying the equipment to start off the business, you need RM 3000 to get it started!
*Equipments includes: Vaccum, Foam generator, Jet spray
*This is excluding the rent, labor and other tools.

Just observe around your route to work, study or to your favourite mall and count how many car wash center are there. One thing for sure, you will see at least 2 of them. Very competitive indeed....

*The above information is from a recent study conducted by myself. The reason is because a customer of mine wanted to start a car wash business and asked for my help on the equipments (not like I'm that free to do such research).

Streamyx SUCKS

I would like to clarify my current internet line's situation.

STREAMYX SUCKS BIG TIME

To: Those who are living in Klang Valley,
if u're unsatisfied with streamyx, simply switch to izzi by canceling off your streamyx and just approach an izzi promoter @ Low Yat or Digital Mall SS14.

Basically, streamyx is giving me hell alot of problems here in Ipoh. My case is very extra odinary, I can surf the net fluently during the day (when there is sunlight), once it reaches nightfall (around 6-7pm) the line is severely UNSTABLE!!!!!! It frequently disconnects and reconnects for max 2mins respectively.

Please forgive me if my msn signs in and out constantly throughout the entire night till 6am. I'm sorry for the flaws of streamyx..
