Dedicated to our ever Loving Tammy
It supposed to be a joyful news which had turned out to be a wretched one. How come this have to take place? She is just almost 4 months plus old. Can't she live and grow fully into an adult?
Days after my post about the departure of Billy, a new member had joined our family to take over Billy's role. Her name given was Tammy. She came into our family with her eyes filled with curiosity. She was a super playful puppy. I remembered her seeing her the 1st time, she was licking around, tasting our smell. Then she played agitatedly until she bump her face to a broken pot which cause her face to bleed. Poor girl...Thus, I treated her with my past first aid skills to heal her wound. On the very same night, I fed her for her very 1st meal as our house has ran out of dog food due to the absence of Billy plus she was already there since noon while we were back in the evening after work. Next, I gave the very first bath to her. In doing so, I hope that she can remember me after my return to Ipoh from KL for perhaps a few weeks later. The next day was the day I started my journey in KL for life in SEGi and my very own private life where I might share for the coming posts...
The next time I saw her was a lot bigger... She had grown a lot. I believe she will grow bigger by judging the size of her paws and feet. I was so surprised to see her running towards me remembering who was I. She was so excited till she peed on the ground as she ran towards me. This is a scene where I will always remember. I never happened to me when I was handling Billy. But for Tammy! It was so different. My frequent visits back to Ipoh really leaves a great impression in her. Days passed where a normal lifestyle of a dog and its family took place...
Throughout her last days, I was playing with her running around my garden. Looks and acts very active as she plays joyfully with me. She was still normal after I came back one nite late. There was an unusual shout from her when I close the car door where obviously I thought it might be her tail trapped between the car door. After I check, nothing was wrong. No injury, no one was hurt. Up until the very next morning, my brother informed me that she was vomit ting severely. Okay, I decided to check on her myself to find out she was already weak n tired. But then, she still licked my fingers and tried to chew n bite them like she played normally. I spend lots of time with her that day although I had to work in the morning. Came back and spend more time with her. (Argh, makes my tears shedding now)
I was seriously going to take her to a vet if she continues to be like this. The next day, same thing happened. She even hide herself from us by crawling between flower pots n puked there again. As I call her name, she tried to response but wasn't able to react due to her weakened body. Deep inside her eyes, I know she wanted to play with us so much. If wasn't able to spend time with her, I asked my bro to do so. Fuck those vets who closes on Sunday. Fuck them!!!! FUCK you all ASSHOLES!!!!
On Monday morning, I quickly went with my mom to a vet at Ipoh Garden South near the RHB bank there to get her treatment. She hasn't been eating since Saturday. I don't care was there any virus or whatsoever shit! I still carried her to the clinic and spend the entire time by her side for the whole process. The Doctor said she was infected by some virus called the Power virus, but very mild. I don't care how much is the FUCKING medication cost! I want to see her walking healthily the next day and run around the compound like normal. I would rather let her chew all my shoes than not having her with us now. And so, we brought her back home. As usual, I have to go to work and there is an important meeting called by my dad. Worked as usual and came back to see her with no changes. There were signs that she had puked again. No water allowed, said by the doctor. So, no water for poor Tammy. I fed her medicine where I have to force them down to her stomach. She might hate me for doin it, but I really really want to see her better the next day. After awhile, I made meatballs! out of her special dog canned food. But too bad the appetite wasn't present. Same thing, she can't survive without eating for 3 days. So I forced them down again. I assumed by doing so, she had eaten them. It was also her last meal in her life. How ironic it sounds that I was the 1st person who fed her and also the last person to feed her throughout her entire life being a puppy in our family. Before I went to bed, like how I used to tell her that "Promise me Tammy,I will and I want to see you tommorow", "Good night and sweet dreams".
On Tuesday morning, my dad knocked at my room door to inform me that Tammy has already passed away. My bro was the one who found out before he went to school. He said he called her name but there wasn't any reaction. Her eyes was wide open. So he moved her but she wasn't moving. No breathing, no heart beat. For 2 days she fought to keep that promise. She even tried to stay alive and awake till the very moment she died. Well, I can say all of us really missed her...
In memory of Tammy
Our little angel
And now, there is no more pain, no more struggle.

Rest In Peace

So Billy, you take care of your little sister over there...Kay!
I think I've said enough. I guess writing this post for Tammy was harder than breaking up with Fili and Winnie. Swollen eyes @_@
